A classic member of Tupperware products, the Jel-Ring mold has long been a top favourite with customers everywhere. While a new generation eyes the container warily, thinking of Grandma's green Jell-O salad with grated carrots, wonder what ELSE they can use it for, I'd like to let you know that there's SOOOOO much more than Jell-O salad that you can make in the Jel-Ring mold! 

Over the next little while, I'll post some recipes, but here's a few ideas to get you started!

Freeze ice in the mold. When it comes out, it will be in a nice ring shape. You can use this ring in your punch bowl, to keep your punch cold. Or drape shrimp across the ice and put a small bowl of shrimp sauce in the middle.

You can make cakes, cheese party rings, shape Rice Krispies into a Christmas Wreath, form meatloafs, make cheesecakes, club sandwiches, ice cream cakes…..the only thing holding you back is your imagination!
