These containers have seals which are actually made out of rubber and have a great deal of flex to them, allowing them to flex over the tops of oddly shaped items or more leftovers than expected.

And here's something neat: If you don't have a Jell-O mould, but want to make a neat looking Jell-O, fill the container with the prepared Jell-O, push the seal IN as you seal it shut and flip it upsidedown to set. Then, when you take it out of the fridge, you will have a neat looking salad!
