1, 2, 3 Peanut Butter Cookies

Sorry for the MIA lately. There has been far too many sick people in my house over the last 2 months! After bouts of strep throat, the flu and colds, there is the possibility that we're closing in on healthy and might have no sniffles for Christmas!
I wanted to share a yummy peanut butter cookie recipe with you that I've made in the middle of my Christmas bake-a-thon. Super easy, fast as lightning and the kids enjoy them.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup of sugar (or less if you want)
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine ingredients together in a bowl. When well mixed, roll teaspoon sized servings into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Press criss-cross pattern into each cookie to flatten.
Bake for 15 minutes then set to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
That's it! Enjoy!
