Fruit Salsa

Here's another simple and delicious recipe to add to the collection.
Again, this uses the Quick Chef.
Fruit Salsa
- 1 medium sized granny smith apple
- 2 kiwi, peeled
- 6~8 strawberries, hulled
- (1~2 Tbsp apple jelly, if desired)
Chop into big chunks and add to the Quick Chef with the blade attachment. Turn handle until fruit is desired size. Don't overchop or it will start to get mushy.
Personally, I have never added the apple jelly - so I can't give you an accurate description of how it tastes. I think it's to make it a bit thicker.
Serve on ice cream, or with tortilla chips.
