Some people are morning coffee drinkers. Others swear by a cup of tea. Me…. I drink hot chocolate. It's my only preferred hot drink (although I do occassionally drink some peppermint tea). I consider myself an instant hot chocolate making expert. My cups of hot chocolate are foamy, chocolately and delicious!

This week, I stumbled upon and idea which I just HAD to share! This idea was completely new to me, but I'm sure there's some experienced hot chocolate drinkers who have already perfected this technique!

I added ice cream. Just a large spoonful scooped right out of the container and put into the hot chocolate! It makes your chocolate drink have a whole new dimension! I've been adding butterscotch ripple ice cream - yummy. Makes my hot chocolate taste like toffee. I can't wait til I can get my hands onto some mint chocolate chip ice cream. I'm sure it will make my morning cup of joy almost unbearably delicious!!
