Lemon Delight

This lemon-y fresh treat was featured in the May flyer and I had to share it. It sounds just far too delicious to pass up!
Ingredients:
- 1 container whipped cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 container (6~8oz) lemon yogurt
- 1 lemon, zest & juice
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
In the QuickChef, with a paddle blade, blend cream cheese, sugar, yogurt, lemon juice and zest until smooth and creamy. Add whipped topping and continue blending until smooth. Place into Snack Cups with the Silcone Spatula and serve with fresh strawberries or cookies.
