Quick Strawberry Ice Cream

As you know, I'm all about finding quick and easy things to make and I have found a delicious one! 
May is Tupperware's birthday month and what good is a birthday without ice cream!? This recipe uses the Quick Chef I talked about last Friday.
Quick Strawberry Ice Cream
Makes 2 cups
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp icing sugar
Place all these ingredients into the Quick Chef with the blade attachment. Cover and turn handle until strawberries and cream are blended and the mixture is the consistency of soft ice cream. Serve immediately.
Do not freeze.
Guess what?! You can use any other fruit that you prefer - try frozen peaches, raspberries, blueberries or a fruit mix. Yummy!
