Tuesday’s Tip - Cutting a Pepper

I recently learned the "proper" way to cut a green pepper. Til now, I'd simply cut it in half, scooped out the seeds and cut as needed. I was amazed when I saw this new-to-me technique.

Take the pepper and stand it up on your cutting board. Chop off each of the four sides, leaving the middle stem intact. You should now only have green pepper and no seeds to deal with. Simple. Easy. I can do that.
