The next area to tackle is the baking section and the advice here is simple: "Keep ingredients in clear, airtight containers that stack neatly and show you when stock is low". Ahh, the simplicity.

This is an area I'm more than comfortable with! Tupperware's Modular Mates were designed specifically with this in mind!

Imagine a change in your pantry like this! It really CAN look that good. How do I know this? Because that's my cupboard! (I've moved since and haven't taken a recent picture). My location and the colours of seals might have changed , but the basic concept is the same.

Keeping your baking supplies in clear, labelled containers makes it so easy to see what you need to restock up on when you go shopping, makes finding what you need when you are mid-recipe easy and helps tidy up time to be a breeze.

One of my friends has the most amazing Modular Mates 'd pantry I've ever seen. Essentially floor to ceiling. It's taken her years to collect that many pieces, but it's worth it. She can find anything quickly and has a completely organized kitchen.  

Modular Mates come in lots of shapes and sizes so you can find exactly what you need for what items they will be used for. They stack easily too - making use of the whole height of the cupboard so you don't waste any space.

Here's a tip. Put shorter containers on the bottom of the stack so you can use them to help reach the bigger ones. Less strain on the tippy-toes!

Other great features? Well, let's say you drag home a heavy bag of flour and dump it into your new Modular Mates container and seal it shut. When you go to use the flour, you discover that it's filled with bugs. Thankfully, since they are in the container, they are just that - contained. No little creepy crawlies into everything.

Baking stuff is sweet and I'm sure attracts a wide variety of creatures. I know from experience that Modular Mates protect your food from mice.
